The price of the above puppy is $2,500.00. Shipping expenses are not included in this price and must be paid prior to shipment. Payment in full is due when the puppies are six weeks of age.

The puppy is defined to be a Multigeneration Australian Labradoodle which is in good health at the time of shipment, and embodies the characteristics of the Australian Labradoodle.

The Breeder does not assume any liability to said puppy after delivery.

The Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within three days of receipt. If the puppy is determined to be unhealthy or unsatisfactory, the Buyer may elect to keep the puppy assuming all costs for it's veterinary care, or the Buyer may return the puppy for replacement or refund, at the Breeder's discretion. The Buyer must provide a veterinarian's written statement of diagnosis, including a detailed description of the symptoms and results of all tests. The Breeder has the right to a second opinion at no cost to the Buyer.

The Breeder provides a guarantee for two years against any serious genetic defect that affects the quality of the dogs life. Should a serious genetic defect be found, the Breeder will offer a replacement puppy from the next available litter or refund the purchase price (Breeder's choice). Before offering these options, the Breeder will have the dog examined by a veterinarian of the Breeder's choice at the Breeder's expense.

There are many factors that may influence growth and development such as diet, exercise, weight gain, etc. The Buyer assumes the responsibility to carry on with the appropriate vaccinations, exercise, and feeding schedule as supplied by the Breeder. The Buyer agrees to keep the puppy slim throughout his/her normal growth period.

The Buyer hereby agrees that, if at any time, the Buyer cannot take proper care of the puppy/dog, the Buyer will contact the Breeder. The Breeder will have the choice to either take the puppy/dog back or assist the Buyer in finding a suitable home.

The Breeder will provide an accurate and complete health record of the puppy, including a record of all vaccinations, worming, and any other pertinent health information.

Should this puppy ever become subject to abuse or neglect of any type, this guarantee is null and void. Feeding the puppy poor quality feed is a form of abuse.

The Buyer agrees to secure the best of veterinarian care and attend to the physical and emotional welfare of this puppy throughout his/her lifetime. Buyer will provide routine preventive care as well as keeping vaccinations current and keeping the puppy free from external and internal parasites.

The Buyer is responsible for all veterinarian care and it's costs once the puppy leaves the Breeder's possession and goes to the Buyer's home.
